1. Sikh Bride
No matter what quantity of jewels and gems a Sikh bride is loaded with, her look is incomplete without the two most essential things chooda and kalire. 3. Assamese Bride
As per their tradition, the bride is supposed to dress up with a mekhla chadar which is regarded as a bridal outfit and is presented to her by the groom’s mother. The color of the saree is generally off white or cream embroidered with gold-work. They generally restrict the amount of jewelry or makeup worn but the maang teeka is regarded as something very important and sacred.

4.Punjabi Bride
Punjabi Bride usually goes for a maroon, pink or red lehenga for her big day. However, there is no compulsion regarding the color, they can go for any color of their choice but black and white are avoided. In addition to her heavy lehenga and jewelry, a nath or nose ring forms an integral part of her get-up.

5. Muslim Bride
The notable thing of the Muslim bride would be the jewelry they are adorned with particularly the jhoomar and the silk cloth worn by her on her wrist which contains a silver or a gold coin presented to her by the groom’s mother before the wedding. They also wear a garland which supports the veil which hides their face. They can show their face after their Nikah. Their eye makeup is something to die for!

6. Telugu Bride
The bride changes her outfit twice during the wedding. She wears a silk saree added with jewelry and the Kamar bandh for the ceremony where she is brought in a Bamboo basket or tokri by her brother and maternal uncle. And she wears a white cotton saree with a red embroidery for Jeelakarra Bellamu and Madhuparkam function.

7. Bengali Bride
A Bengali bride wears a saree that is either white or off white in color with red, maroon and pink embroidery. The traditional dress consists of bright pink, maroon or red Banarasi silk sarees accompanied with zari work. Alta is considered an auspicious part of the attire and is applied on the bride’s feet and palm.

8. Malayali Bride
Like other South Indian brides, these brides are too loaded with metal jewelry. Their outfit consists of a white silk saree with a golden border. They were floral jewelry which consists of gajra, bracelet, and necklace which is made from white and orange rajnigandha flowers as well as jasmine flowers.

9. Tamilian Bride
The first thing you will notice about a Tamilian Bride is her jewelry. Her hair is braided in an adorable way and is adorned with gold jewelry. Most of Tamilian Brides wear a multi-layer necklace made up of gold.
